SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once you've placed your order, we will send a confirmation and order processing email to the email address entered during checkout. 

All orders placed will be processed and shipped out within 15 working days from the date of the order placed. We will send out a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Your Shay package will be delivered by our delivery partners within 3-5 days post shipping, given there are no movement restrictions in the delivery area. 

 

RETURNS

All return & replacement cases will be considered within 10 days after the date of delivery of your order. We offer returns in following cases: 

  • If product gets damaged in transit
  • If you get a wrong product
  • If a product is missing in your order
  • If you did not like the product

How to avail returns:

  • Issues needs to be reported within 10 days ofdelivery.

  • Our team will provide resolution within 24-48 hours.
    • If required, our team will arrange reverse pick up of products. Once the returned product is received at our warehouse -> post quality check -> refund or replacement shall be processed.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

  • Shipping and/or Cash on delivery (COD) charges, if paid, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Any cashback given for the order will be deducted.
  • Products bought on SALE will not qualify for refund.
  • In case of damaged products, we will offer replacement.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
