I am oncerned also if this metal is toxic to body or going inside my body when I drink coffee, it;s clearly visible from the side I drink the gold color has faded but the other side is not faded

Production information in Amazon as well as in the original packing clearly says that this cup is Microwave safe. But this is not Microwave safe. I used with doubts and found that the golden ring strip is producing spark. While creating the spark, the golden strip itself is getting permanently damage. Sad to see such a bold wrong information displayed everywhere.
I ordered these mugs for gifting in my office and I received them in a beautiful green box with the SHAY logo on golden foiling. Amazing packaging. Inside there was some bubble wrap which is a bit turn off for me coz I live a highly sustainable life but it also had paper mesh wrap which I appreciate.There was a small thank you note and return or refund kinda note too. Very thoughtful!Finally the people I gifted to all loved the product. Would love to collaborate with you guys for more corporate gifting .
